This contest is applicable across India except in states where such offers are prohibited by law.

Eligibility

Here’s who is eligible to participate in the contest:

  • Individuals who avail loans for consumer durables (refrigerators, smartphones, televisions, air-conditioners, etc.) from TVS Credit.

  • Individuals who avail loans for TVS two-wheelers and used cars from TVS Credit.

  • Existing TVS Credit customers applying for another personal loan during the contest period.

Important Note:

  • Individuals under 18 years of age are not eligible to participate.

  • This contest is not applicable for online/digital personal loan customers.

  • TVS Group employees, their blood relations, agents, dealers, vendors, etc. are ineligible.

How to Participate

Here’s how you can enter the contest:

  1. Avail a loan from TVS Credit for a consumer durable, TVS two-wheeler, or used car during the contest period.

  2. Click or upload a selfie with the TVS Credit-financed product and your Loan Agreement number.

  3. You can share your selfie by:

    • Scanning the QR code available on the website, banners, advertisements, or with dealers.

    • Posting your festive selfie on TVS Credit’s social media pages with the Loan Agreement number and hashtag #MagicalDiwali.

Remember: Disclosure of the Loan Agreement number along with the selfie is mandatory to enter the contest.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Magical Diwali Season 7 Contest 2024:

  • The contest is subject to all applicable central and state laws and regulations of India.

  • Winners will be shortlisted randomly. TVS Credit will not explain the winner selection process.

  • Distribution of vouchers to winners will be decided by TVS Credit.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed within the specified time period and terms and conditions.

  • TVS Credit reserves the right to exclude any individual from the contest at any time.

  • TVS Credit is not responsible for NDNC Registry regulations. Participants give express consent to TVS Credit to contact them through calls, SMS, and/or email, even if they are registered under NDNC/DND.

  • Cash in lieu of prizes will not be given under any circumstances.

  • All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

  • No cash alternatives or alternative prizes will be provided.

  • Prize images in advertisements are for illustrative purposes only. The actual prize may vary.

  • TVS Credit, its directors, officers, employees, dealers, etc. will not be held liable for any losses incurred by participants due to the contest.

  • Prizes are governed by the manufacturer’s warranty and guarantees. The winner must contact the manufacturer’s service centre directly for any issue related to the prize.

  • The customer is responsible for all taxes, levies, and charges related to the prize.
