What is the HTDS Festival of Gifts Contest?
The Festival of Gifts Contest 2024 is a chance for residents of India to win exciting prizes. Participants need to answer questions and provide accurate information for a chance to win.
Important Notes:
* The contest is held on the Hindustan Times website, but there may be entry points through print media, social media, and other platforms.
* Only one entry per day is allowed per participant.

Eligibility for the Festival of Gifts Contest
* Open to all residents of India regardless of their region of residence, gender, or religion.
* Participants must be over 18 years old.
* The contest runs from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024.

Prizes in the Festival of Gifts Contest
* Daily Prize: Samsung Galaxy A05
* Mega Prize: iPhone 15 (awarded to one lucky winner at the end of the contest)
Winner Selection:
* Winners will be selected through a lucky draw held on working days (Monday to Friday).
* Winners will be announced only on working days (Monday to Friday).

Terms & Conditions of the Festival of Gifts Contest
* To enter, participants must answer questions accurately and provide complete information including name, contact number, and email address.
* Incomplete or partial entries will not be accepted.
* HTDS management has the sole discretion to choose valid entries.
* HTDS reserves the right to disqualify any participant/winner for violating these terms and conditions.
* Winner announcements will be published on the website, social media handles, and communicated via email/SMS/call within 2 working days of the lucky draw.
* Winners must confirm receipt of communication within 24 hours or forfeit their prize.
* One attempt will be made to contact the winner on the registered mobile number. If unsuccessful, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
* Winners must provide identification, including a photocopy of a photo ID and address proof (Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Driver’s License).
* No cash equivalent of the prize will be provided. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not subject to return.
* Prizes will be sent to the winner’s provided address via a third-party vendor. HTDS is not responsible for any delays or damages in transit.
* Winners will be responsible for any applicable TDS on the prize.
* HTDS is not responsible for product warranties. The warranty terms of the product supplier will apply.
* Gifts shown in advertisements are symbolic and may differ from actual prizes.
* HTDS reserves the right to arrange for any unforeseen prizes as they deem fit.
* Employees of HTDS agents and their family members cannot participate in the contest.
* HTDS reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest without prior notice.
* HTDS reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
