About the Contest
The “Festive Starts With Suzuki Photo Contest 2024” is organized by Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited and is conducted through Suzuki India’s official Instagram page. This contest offers customers who purchase a Suzuki two-wheeler a chance to win exciting prizes.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the contest, you must:
* Be a legal resident of India.
* Have reached the age of majority (18 years old).
* Provide valid and authentic age proof.
* Follow the Suzuki Motorcycle India’s Instagram page @Suzuki2Wheelers.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
* Employees, agents, and representatives of SMIPL.
* Immediate family members of SMIPL employees.
Please note:
* This scheme/offer is not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.
* Customers who have booked a vehicle but will receive delivery after the contest period are not eligible.

How to Participate
Here’s how you can participate in the contest:
1. Purchase a Suzuki two-wheeler during the contest period.
2. Click a picture with your Suzuki two-wheeler.
3. Upload the picture to your Instagram handle.
4. Tag the official Suzuki Two Wheelers Instagram page (@Suzuki2Wheelers).
5. Use the hashtag #FestivalStartsWithSuzuki.
6. For festival color variants of Access, Burgman, and new Avenis colors, use the additional hashtag #RideYourColour.
To qualify for the contest, your post must receive a minimum of 50 likes.

Prizes
The contest is divided into three phases, with winners announced for each phase:
* Phase 1: 15th August to 14th September
* Phase 2: 1st October to 10th November
* Phase 3: 20th November to 26th December
The top 5 users with the maximum likes on their posts will be declared winners and awarded the following prizes:
* Winner 1: Cash price/Voucher of Rs. 25000
* Winner 2: Cash price/Voucher of Rs. 15000
* Winner 3: Cash price/Voucher of Rs. 10000
* Winner 4: Cash price/Voucher of Rs. 7000
* Winner 5: Cash price/Voucher of Rs. 5000
Winners will be announced according to the following schedule:
* Phase 1 winners: After 14th September – 24, before the start of Phase 2.
* Phase 2 winners: After 10th November – 24, before the start of Phase 3.
* Phase 3 winners: After 26th December – 24 and before 15th January – 2025.

Terms and Conditions
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:
* The contest is valid only for vehicles purchased during the contest period.
* Only entries received within the contest period will be considered eligible.
* Participants must follow the contest instructions.
* Incorrect use of hashtags will disqualify participants.
* Following the Suzuki Motorcycle India’s Instagram page is mandatory.
* Participants violating the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
* Winners will be announced on Instagram and will need to share their full name, mobile number, email ID, address, and ID proof.
* Entries must not be obscene, vulgar, disrespectful, defamatory, or infringe on any intellectual property rights.
* Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or change the terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.
* By participating, participants grant SMIPL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted photos or personal identifiable information for promotional purposes.
* Participants confirm ownership of submitted photos and have obtained all necessary permissions from recognizable individuals in the photos.
* Participants release SMIPL and its affiliates from liability arising from participation in the contest or prize acceptance.
* Personal information collected from participants will be used only for administering the contest and handled in accordance with SMIPL’s privacy policy.
* Participants agree to comply with all motor vehicle and traffic laws and regulations. The organizer is not liable for accidents, claims, or damages arising from participation.
* Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
