The #CadburyConfirmedSeat Celebration Confirm Seat campaign is organized by Mondelez India Foods Private Limited. Participants must be individual legal residents and citizens of the Republic of India. Participation can be done by scanning the QR code on any Cadbury Celebrations pack or by visiting CadburyConfirmedSeat.com.

Eligibility of Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest

To participate in the Campaign, you must fulfill the following criteria:

  • You must be a natural person.

  • You must be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India.

  • You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of India.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees of Mondelez India Foods Private Limited or Campaign Partners, their immediate family members, and their affiliates, advisors, advertising/Campaign agencies.

The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, State, and local laws and regulations in India.

How to Enter in the Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest?

The Campaign will commence from 00:01 a.m. on 18th October 2024 and end at 11:59 p.m. on 28th October 2024 on the Website. Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. To participate, you must either:

  1. Via Website: Visit CadburyConfirmedSeat.com directly.

  2. Scan the QR code on the pack: Scan the QR code found on any Cadbury Celebrations pack.

To submit your entry, you must:

  • Fill in your full name, mobile number, and email ID.

  • Provide details of your intended date of travel and the cities you are traveling between.

  • Answer the question: “Whom do you want to meet in person this Diwali?”

  • Accept the T&Cs.

By completing these steps, you will have a chance to win confirmed train tickets for your journey home across train routes. This offer is not applicable in Tamil Nadu.

Selection Process of Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest

The selection process involves the following steps:

  1. All valid online entries are first selected by a randomizer, creating a longlist.

  2. Mondelez, through an Execution Partner, manually shortlists entries based on their evaluation from the longlist. 140 entries will be shortlisted.

  3. All shortlisted entries are further validated through phone and physical verification. Mondelez will reach out to shortlisted entrants between 18th October 2024 and 28th October 2024.

  4. Shortlisted entries will receive:

    • A phone verification to confirm the participant’s availability.

    • Confirmation that their entry has been selected as a Prize Winner and their availability for the Event will be confirmed.

  5. Prize Winners will be notified via email and phone call at least 4 days prior to their journey.

Prizes of Celebrations Confirmed Seat Contest

  • Number of Prizes: There will be a minimum of 140 Prize Winners.

  • Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • Prizes: Prize Winners will receive confirmed train tickets to travel to their hometowns during Diwali. The name, photo, and video content of the winning pair may also be featured on the brand’s social media handles.
