About the Competition:
The Youth Climate Conclave 5th Edition Photography Competition is a platform for young people across India to showcase their creative talents and raise awareness about climate action.
Theme: Climate Action for the future we want!
Task: Participants are required to submit photographs capturing positive climate actions in India, including those by children and youth.
The photos should reflect:
* Original thought processes.
* Positive opinions about how youth can drive transformative impact in society.

Eligibility:
* Category A: 10 – 18 years
* Category B: 19 – 25 years
Participants must be:
* Children and youth across India
* Of all backgrounds, regardless of caste, race, gender, physical ability, or any other distinctions

Guidelines:
General:
* Each participant can submit only one entry.
* Schools and colleges can have unlimited participants.
* Each photograph must be accompanied by a captivating tagline of no more than 15 words.
* Entries lacking a title, description, and details will be disqualified.
Image Requirements:
* Only high-resolution (2 MB or more) original photographs will be accepted.
* The photograph must be in JPG format with at least 200 dpi at 2,000 pixels.
* Photographs should capture the essence of positive climate actions at the individual, local, regional, or national level.
* Photographs containing obscene, provocative, or objectionable content will not be considered.
* Photographs should not depict doomsday scenarios.
* Minor adjustments (e.g., sensor dust removal, sharpening, color adjustment) are acceptable, but the addition or subtraction of objects is not permitted.
* Photographs should be submitted without copyrights or watermarks.
Plagiarism:
* Participants assert that the photograph and its description are original creations.
* Any instance of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
Permissions:
* By entering the competition, applicants grant permission to the organizers to reproduce their photographs in their original or updated form.
* Photographs will be credited to the photographer.
Expenses:
* All expenses incurred during the shooting process must be borne by the participants.
Prizes and Recognition:
* Winners will receive e-certificates and a chance to attend the Youth Climate Conclave- 5th Edition.
* Top 12 photographs from each category will be featured in the YCC 2025 Calendar and exhibited.
* Winners will also be felicitated during the World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS) 2025.
* All shortlisted photographs will be displayed on various social media platforms.
