Eligibility for the Times NIE Colour Splash Painting Competition
* Open to: Indian citizens only.
* Age Categories:
* Sub Juniors: 6-9 years old
* Juniors: 10-12 years old
* Age Calculation: Based on completed years only.
* Ineligibility: Employees of Page Industries and The Times Group, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate in the Painting Competition?
Steps to Participate:
1. Draw: Create your version of “My Happy Place” on an A4 sheet.
2. Upload: Upload your drawing online at https://timesniecoloursplash.com/:
* Enter Parent’s Name
* Enter Parent’s Email
* Enter Parent’s Phone
* Enter Junior’s Name
* Enter School Name
* Enter School Branch Name
* Enter Junior’s Grade
* Upload Image (JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, up to 3MB)
* Choose your Age category
* Click on “Submit” Button
Social Media Engagement:
* Capture the Process: Take photos or create a reel while your child draws their “Happy Place”.
* Share Online: Post your photos/reel on social media using these hashtags:

Terms & Conditions of the Painting Competition
* Original Artwork: Only original artwork created by the children will be accepted.
* No Software Tools: Participants must not use software tools (e.g., AI or Paint) to create or submit their drawings.
* Competition Period: The competition period may be shortened or extended at the Organizer’s discretion.
* Entry Details: Participants must include their name, location, contact number, city, and pin code. Entries missing any of these details may be rejected.
* File Format: All entries should be submitted in JPG, PNG, or JPEG format only.
* File Size: The file size of each drawing must not exceed 3 MB.
* Social Media Participation: Limited Edition T-shirt: The top entry from each city will be awarded a limited-edition branded Jockey Juniors t-shirt featuring their own drawing. Limited edition t-shirts are not for sale.
* Photo Requirements: Only clear photos will be shortlisted.
* Submission Deadline: Participants must upload photos of “My Happy Place” by 23rd October 2024.
* Prizes: Winners will be awarded prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in their respective cities. Additional prizes will be given for honorable mentions.
* Judge’s Decision: The decision of the judges is final and binding on all participants. No queries or claims will be entertained in this regard.
* Income Tax: Income tax will be deducted from prizes as per the prevailing laws under the Income Tax Act.
* Data Consent: By submitting an entry along with a photo, participants consent to the use of their personal data and/or photos for the campaign and its communication across various platforms by the Organizers.
* Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising will be subject to mediation between the parties involved, and the courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
