Eligibility

* Open to all full-time engineering students from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Design, Industrial Engineering, Automobile disciplines in Maharashtra.
* Participants can participate individually or as a team of up to 5 students.
* Team members must be from the same institute.

Team Registration

* Team composition cannot be changed once formed.
* Individuals cannot be part of more than one team.
* Only one solution submission is allowed per team.
* All participants must provide valid college photo ID and other identity proof.
* The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application.

Guidelines

* Shortlisted teams will be notified via email.
* Participants agree to be photographed/video graphed for event promotion.
* Organizers’ decisions regarding the event and prize distribution are final.
* Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Participants are responsible for submitting original solutions that do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property.
* Organizers are not responsible for internet connectivity during the event. Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.
* The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules at any time without prior notice.

Selection Criteria

Phase 1: Online Submission

* Rich technical content: A detailed technical description of the solution is required.
* Simplicity of solution: The solution should be straightforward and feasible.
* Ease of Implementation: The solution should be easy and quick to implement.
* Cost Effectiveness: The solution should be cost-effective.
* Novelty/Uniqueness: The solution should be innovative and unique.

Phase 2: Prototype/Solution Demonstration

* Novelty/Uniqueness: The prototype should demonstrate a unique and innovative solution.
* Working prototype demonstration: The prototype should successfully demonstrate the solution.
* Scalability: The solution should be scalable.

Prizes

* Winner: Croma voucher up to Rs. 1,00,000
* Runner-up: Croma voucher up to Rs. 50,000
* Jury Special Award: Croma voucher up to Rs. 10,000
