1. What is the Scotch-Brite Har Ghar Festival Contest?
The Scotch-Brite Har Ghar Festival Contest 2024 is a nationwide campaign organized by 3M India Ltd. The campaign offers daily and grand prizes to participants. Daily prize winners are eligible to win the grand prize during the campaign period. Winners will be announced on a date decided by 3M India Ltd.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Scotch-Brite Har Ghar Festival Contest, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
* You must be a natural person.
* You must be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India.
* You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
* You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of India.
Ineligible participants include:
* Employees of 3M India Ltd., the Campaign Partners, and their immediate family members.
* Affiliates, advisors, advertising and campaign agencies of 3M India Ltd. and the Campaign Partners.

3. How to Participate
(i) Purchase Participating Products:
The participant must purchase the participating Scotch-Brite products at their own discretion. Availability of products is subject to market conditions and the Campaign T&Cs. 3M India Ltd. is not responsible for the non-availability of products.
(ii) Scan QR Code and Register:
Participants can enter the contest by scanning the QR code on promotional media banners or creatives. The QR code will redirect them to the campaign website, where they need to provide the following information:
* Name
* Verified Mobile Number
* State
* City
* Clear picture of the participant with a participating product
* Answer required questions
Upon successful registration, the participant can participate in the contest.
(iii) Contest Rules:
* 3M India Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed offensive, distasteful, unacceptable, or against its principles.

4. Prizes
Prizes will be awarded from 15th September 2024 to 25th October 2024. Participating entries will be accepted from 1st September 2024 on the campaign website.

* Period for Winning: End of the Campaign
Prize: Daily Prize
* Details: Wonderchef Gift Voucher worth Rs. 5,000/-

Odds of Winning:
* Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
* All daily and grand prizes will be won through a lucky draw/randomizer.
* Upon registration, all participants are guaranteed a downloadable recipe booklet.
Important Notes about Prizes:
1. Participants are eligible to win the prizes from 15th September 2024 onwards.
2. Daily prize winners will be selected based on their registered mobile number. Winners will be notified on the following working day via a call from the campaign partner.
3. Daily prize winners are eligible to win the grand prize during the campaign period.
4. Grand prize winners will be selected based on their registered mobile number.
5. The images of the prizes depicted in the ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots are indicative only. The actual prizes and their appearance may vary.
6. All applicable taxes resulting from the acceptance of prizes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
7. 3M India Ltd. reserves the right to change the prize in the event of non-availability. All winners will be informed about the final prize declared.
