About the Competition
The 20th All India Child Art Competition 2024 is an opportunity for children across India to showcase their artistic talent. The competition is open to all children, school students, art institutes, art academies, and art lovers.

Eligibility
* Age: 3 to 17 years
* Open to: All children, school students, art institutes, art academies, and art lovers
Competition Topics
Group-wise topics:
* Group J (03 to 06 Years): Fill Colour on Given Picture
* Group A (07 to 10 Years): A Lovely Day with Motu Patlu
* Group B (11 to 14 Years): My Idol
* Group C (15 to 17 Years): Mere Sapno Ka Bharat
Note: Participants of Group-J (3 to 6 Years) have to colour on the given picture, while all other group participants have to paint on the given topic according to their group.
Artwork Guidelines
* Originality: The artwork should be original and recent. It should not be a copy of any other painting.
* Size: The artwork must be between A4 and Full Imperial.
* Medium: Any medium can be used. The surface can be Ivory Sheet, Cartridge Sheet, or Canvas.
* Prohibition: Glitter or decoration materials cannot be pasted or used in the artwork.
Registration Process
Steps to register:
1. Fill the online registration form with all necessary details.
2. Upload the image of your artwork during registration.
3. Participation Fee:
* NSAC Members: No fee
* Non-NSAC Members: Rs. 200/-
4. Read all rules carefully before participating.
5. Ensure that the information provided is complete and true.
6. Submission Deadline: December 31st, 2024
7. Registration Mode: Online only.
8. Membership: You can also apply for Life Time Membership of NSAC.
Selection Process
* Shortlisting: 40 entries will be shortlisted from all submissions.
* Final Selection: 10 entries will be shortlisted in each group. The winners will be selected from these shortlisted entries by the honorable judges.
* Finality: The decisions of the selection committee are final, and no appeals will be entertained.
* Information: All participants and winners will receive information through the competition website.

Prizes for each group:
* 1st Prize: Rs. 5,100/- + Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers
* 2nd Prize: Rs. 2,100/- + Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers
* 3rd Prize: Rs. 1,100/- + Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers
* Consolation Prizes (3): Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers

Winner Guidelines
* Submission of Original Artwork: It is compulsory for all winners to submit their original artwork to the organisation committee by the given due date.
* Artwork Submission:
* Submit artwork personally or send through registered mail/courier to the following address:
* Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation, Cottage No.5, Basement, West Patel Nagar, Near Metro Pillar No.230, New Delhi-110008
* Do not send your artwork in a glass frame.
* Participants are responsible for courier/postage charges.
* Prize Substitution: Prize substitutions are not allowed.
* Taxes and Fees: Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees and additional costs.
* Artwork Damage: The organisation is not responsible for any damage to the artwork during courier and no claims will be entertained.
* Prize Distribution Function: Attendance at the prize distribution function is compulsory for all winners. Failure to attend will result in cancellation of the prize.
* Disqualification: Participants disqualified for any reason have no claim for any “Rewards”.
Participation Certificate
* All participants will receive a participation certificate.
* Soft Copy: The soft copy of the certificate will be sent to participants via their registered email.
* Hard Copy: Participants who wish to receive a hard copy of the certificate at their address will have to pay courier charges.
