Eligibility
* All children, school students, art institutes, art academies, and art lovers are eligible to participate.
* Age Limit: 3 to 17 Years
Topics
The competition is divided into four groups based on age:
* Group J (03 to 06 Years): Fill Colour on Given Picture
* Group A (07 to 10 Years): A Lovely Day with Motu Patlu
* Group B (11 to 14 Years): My Idol
* Group C (15 to 17 Years): Mere Sapno Ka Bharat
How to Register
Steps to Register:
1. Fill the Online Registration Form: Provide all necessary details on the registration form.
2. Upload Artwork Image: Submit a digital image of your artwork during registration.
3. Participation Fee: There is no participation fee for NSAC members. Non-members must pay a participation fee of Rs. 200/-
4. Read the Rules: Carefully review all rules related to the competition before participating.
5. Last Date: December 31st, 2024 (Tuesday)
Note: Registration is accepted online only. Participants can also apply for a lifetime membership of NSAC.
Selection Process
1. Shortlisting: 40 entries will be shortlisted by the selection committee from all submissions. 10 entries will be shortlisted in each group.
2. Final Selection: The winner will be selected from the shortlisted entries by the judges.
3. Final Decision: The decisions of the selection committee are final, and no appeals will be entertained.
4. Notification: All participants and winners will receive information via the website.

Submission of Original Artwork
* Winner Obligation: All winners must submit their original artworks to the organization committee by the specified deadline.
* Submission Method: Submit your artwork personally or send it via registered mail or courier to:

* Prize Substitutions: Prize substitutions are not allowed.
* Tax/Fees Responsibility: Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their prizes.
* Artwork Damage: The organization is not responsible for any damage to the painting during courier. No claims will be entertained.
* Prize Distribution Function Attendance: It is mandatory for all winners to attend the prize distribution function. Failure to do so will result in the prize being canceled.
* Disqualification: Participants disqualified for any reason will have no claim to any rewards.
Participation Certificate
* All Participants: All participants will receive a participation certificate.
* Digital Certificate: The soft copy of the certificate will be sent to the participants’ registered email addresses.
* Hard Copy (Optional): Participants who desire a hard copy of the certificate mailed to their address will need to pay the courier charges.
