This contest is organized by Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd. and is open to residents of India (excluding Tamil Nadu). Participants have a chance to win bicycles or tablets by purchasing Kinder Joy Promo Packs during the contest period. The last date to participate is 1st November 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
* Individual consumers residing in India and purchasing the Kinder Joy Promo Pack(s) in India, during the Promo Period, other than for trade/business purposes are eligible.
* Eligible Participants below the age of 18 years may participate only with the consent and supervision of their parent/legal guardian.
* Customers purchasing the Promo Pack(s) for further sale, distribution, marketing or for trade or business purposes are not eligible.
* Companies, partnerships, HUFs, associations, trusts, and other entities or organizations are ineligible.
* Employees of Ferrero, its associate/group companies, and their family members, as well as employees of agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Offer and their family members are ineligible.
* A user can participate only once per household, email ID, and mobile number.
How to Participate
1. Purchase a Kinder Joy Promo Pack during the contest period.
2. Locate the Ten-digit Lot No. (including hyphens) printed on the Kinder Joy pack inside the Promo Pack.
3. Scan the QR code on the top of the pack and land on the promotional microsite.
4. Enter your name, mobile number, email ID, select your state, and enter the Lot Number to complete registration.
5. If you are a winner, you will be contacted via email/call/SMS.
Important Notes:
* Retain your Promo Pack for prize claim verification if necessary.
* The Company is not responsible for verifying the identity of the participant or winner.
* Participants are required to keep their Promo Packs confidential.
* Participation is voluntary and free.
* No fees or charges are required to participate, only the purchase of the Kinder Joy Promo Pack.
Prizes
* Participants stand a chance to win either a Bicycle or Tablet during the Contest period.
* For states other than Tamil Nadu:
* Daily winners for a Bicycle.
* 3 Mega winners for Tablets at the end of the contest.
* Winners are chosen through a random scientific selection process.
* For the state of Tamil Nadu, the contest is not applicable.
Contest Duration
The contest runs from 1st October 2024 to 1st November 2024.
Important Prize Information:
* A maximum of 1 reward per mobile number, email ID, address, and household can be won.
* Winners of a bicycle are ineligible for further prizes.
* Winners of a tablet are ineligible for further prizes.
* Entries received outside the contest period will be rejected.
* The Company reserves the right to modify the prizes.
* Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
* Winners are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on their prizes.
* Winners must provide the empty Promo Pack containing the winning Lot No., valid address, identity proof, and other required documents to the Organizer.
