1. What is the Jio-bp National MS Festival Offer?
The National MS Festival Offer 2024 Campaign is organized by Jio-bp. This offer is open to Indian Citizens residing in India. Customers purchasing Motor Spirit (Petrol) for 2/4 wheeler worth Rs.200/- or more from Jio-bp Retail Outlets in a single bill printed from dispensing unit only / single e-receipt are eligible to participate in the offer. The last date of the offer is 02nd January 2025.
2. Eligibility of National MS Festival Offer
* Eligibility: This offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only.
* Ineligible Participants: Employees of Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. and their families, RBML Dealers/other Channel partners, employees of Advertising Agencies of RBML, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to participate.
* Offer Duration: The offer commences on 07th September 2024 at 0601 Hrs and closes on 02nd January 2025 at 0600 Hrs. Any entries received after 0600 Hrs on 02nd January 2025 will not be considered.
3. How to Participate in the National MS Festival Offer?
A customer will be eligible to participate in the campaign subject to the following criteria:
* Transaction Limits:
* One Mobile Number will be considered for a maximum of two transactions at one Jio-bp Retail Outlet (Petrol Pump) per day. (Subject to a minimum time gap of 2 hours between two transactions).
* One Mobile number will be considered for a maximum of three transactions at different Jio-bp Retail Outlets (Petrol Pumps) per day. (Subject to a time gap of 2 hours between these 3 transactions).
* One Mobile number will be selected as a winner once in a week for the daily lucky draw.
* Minimum Purchase: This offer is applicable for a purchase of a minimum of Rs.200/- worth of Petrol for 2/4 wheeler, excluding retail outlets located in the States/UTs where such contests are prohibited under local laws.
* Participation Steps:
* Provide Mobile Number: At the time of fuelling, provide your mobile number to the fuel attendant to enter the lucky draw contest.
* Submit Participation Form: Submit the Scheme participation form at the Jio-bp Retail Outlets (Petrol Pumps). It cannot be submitted by mail, courier, or any other medium.
* Complete Information: Participation with incomplete or incorrect details shall not be considered for the Scheme or Lucky Draw.
* Document Retention: Eligible customers must preserve and retain the copy of the Invoice and other necessary documents or digital communication to claim the reward if their name is declared as a winner of the lucky draw.
4. Prizes for National MS Festival Offer
The prizes for Lucky Draws during the campaign are as below:
* Vehicle: 2 Wheeler & 4 Wheeler
* Minimum Purchase: Petrol worth Rs 200 and Above in a single fill
* Prize Details:
Bumper Prize: One lucky winner per state will win a Car (Rs 7L) voucher as per applicable T&C.
* Weekly Prize: One lucky winner per state per week will win a Reliance Retail/Jewel voucher/points of Rs 15K.
* Daily Prize:
* Fuel purchase between Rs 200 to Rs 2500 per invoice → Free Fuel Voucher of Rs 50 with 6 winners per outlet redeemable on Petrol on the next fill
* Fuel purchase more than Rs 2500 per invoice → Free Fuel Voucher of Rs 500 with 1 winner per outlet redeemable on Petrol on the next fill
5. Winners Selection of National MS Festival Offer
* Random Selection: The prizes would be decided through a system-based random process that would select the winning Mobile Numbers (through which the customers participated) from a dump of valid entries received.
* Daily Winner Declaration: The daily winners will be declared on the T+3 day of the lucky draw.
* Fuel Voucher Validity: The daily lucky draw free fuel vouchers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue; the winner has to redeem the voucher within a period of 15 days.
* Car Prize Documentation: Winners have to provide the following documents at the vehicle dealership before receiving the Car prize:
* Proof of Tax Paid: Copy of Tax Paid counterfoil (paid at a notified Bank). The amount of Tax to be determined on the basis of the vehicle won and the state/area where the winner is located.
* Copy of Pan Card: Copy of Pan Card of the winner.
* Indemnity Bond: Indemnity bond/Undertaking from the winner on stamp paper of the appropriate value declaring that the tax paid is from their income under Section 194B of the Income Tax act and shall be declared in their annual return.
* Payment for Charges: DD/Cheque/cash/digital payment mode for insurance charges, RTO charges, and handling charges.
* Other Statutory Requirements: Any other statutory requirement as applicable.
