What is the HTDS Festival of Gifts Contest?
The HTDS Festival of Gifts Contest is a chance for residents of India to win exciting prizes by participating in daily challenges.

Eligibility of the Festival of Gifts Contest
* All residents of India are eligible to participate.
* Participants must be 18 years or older.
* Participation is only allowed on the Hindustan Times website, though entry points may be advertised through print, social media etc.

Prizes of the Festival of Gifts Contest
* Daily Prize: Samsung Galaxy A05
* Mega Prize: iPhone 15 (awarded to one lucky winner at the end of the contest)

Terms & Conditions of the Festival of Gifts Contest
* Participants can submit one entry per day.
* Winners are selected through a lucky draw conducted on working days (Monday to Friday).
* Winners will be announced on working days (Monday to Friday).
* Participants must answer questions and provide accurate information to participate.
* Incomplete or partial entries will not be accepted.
* HTDS reserves the right to disqualify any participant/winner for violation of contest terms and conditions.
* Winners will be informed via email/SMS/call within 2 working days of the draw.
* Winners must confirm receipt of notification within 24 hours, or their prize will be forfeited.
* Only one attempt will be made to contact the winner. If unavailable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
* Winners must submit identification and photocopies of photo ID and address proof.
* No cash equivalent of the prize will be provided.
* The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not subject to return.
* Prizes will be sent to the winner’s address via a third-party vendor. HTDS is not responsible for delays or damages in transit.
* Winners will be responsible for paying applicable TDS (if applicable).
* HTDS is not responsible for product warranties. The supplier’s warranty terms will apply.
* The gifts shown in advertising may be symbolic, and the actual gifts may differ.
* HTDS reserves the right to arrange for any unforeseen prize.
* Employees of HTDS agents and their family members cannot participate.
* HTDS reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest without prior notice.
* Contest rules may be amended, and the decision of HTDS management is final.
* HTDS reserves the right to modify or change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
