The Epson Print and Win Diwali Contest 2024 is organized by Epson India Pvt Ltd. This contest invites participants to download and print Diwali decoration templates, decorate their homes, and share their creations on Instagram for a chance to win an Epson EcoTank printer autographed by Rashmika Mandanna.
Eligibility of Epson Diwali Contest
- Open to all individuals aged 18 years or above residing in India.
- Employees, affiliates, and family members of Epson India and its partners are not eligible.
How to Participate in the Epson Diwali Contest?
- Visit epsondiwali.co.in.
- Choose, download, and print your favorite Diwali decoration templates.
- Decorate your home with the printed elements.
- Share a picture or video of your decoration on Instagram, tag @EpsonIndia, and use #EpsonDiwali.
Terms & Conditions of Diwali Contest
- Entries must be submitted as per the guidelines mentioned in the “How to Participate” section.
- Entries must be original and should not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant is eligible to win only one prize.
- Three winners will be selected based on creativity, uniqueness, and relevance to the Diwali theme.
- Epson India will decide the winners, and the decision will be final and binding.
- Each winner will receive one unit of an Epson EcoTank Printer signed by Rashmika Mandanna.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
- Epson India reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value if necessary.
- Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
- If a winner does not respond with necessary details within 15 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
- By participating in the Contest, participants grant Epson India the right to use their name, any other details, and submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation.
- Participants retain ownership of their entries but grant Epson India a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their entries in connection with the contest and related promotional activities.
- Epson India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in whole or in part if unforeseen circumstances or technical issues arise.
- Epson India reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
- The Contest is governed by the laws of India, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangaluru.
