Eligibility of Golden Eye Chef:
* Open to: Legally blind individuals holding a valid blindness certificate.
* Age: Participants must be 18 years or older by September 7, 2024.
* Location: There are no geographical restrictions. The contest is open to individuals from all over the world.

How to Participate:
1. Register: Participants need to submit a video demonstrating their cooking skills along with a completed entry form.
2. Video Requirements:
* Duration: Maximum 15 minutes.
* Format: Landscape format/view with acceptable voice and video quality.
* Content:
* Clear explanation of the recipe and ingredients.
* Step-by-step cooking process.
* Dish presentation.
* Saving: Save your video with your name and dish name. (e.g., Contestant-Dish_Name.mov)
3. Entry Form: Download the entry form, fill it out, and email it to goldeneyechef[AT]antardrishti.org along with your video and disability certificate.
4. File Sharing: Upload your video and document to a file sharing website like Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive and share the link.

Rules & Regulations:
* One Recipe Submission: Only one recipe can be submitted per participant.
* Recipe Details: The entry should include:
* Dish Name
* Brief description of the dish and the reason for choosing it.
* List of ingredients with specific quantities.
* Step-by-step preparation and cooking instructions.
* Cooking:
* All cooking must be done at your home kitchen using readily available ingredients.
* No assistance is allowed during the cooking process.
* You can receive help recording the video, but editing (excluding dubbing) is not permitted.
