What is AMP National Talent Search (NTS)?
The AMP National Talent Search (NTS) 2024 is a national competition for school and college students in India. It aims to identify and reward talented students across various academic levels. The exam will be held tentatively on December 7th, 2024, with registration closing on November 30th, 2024. The competition is divided into three categories:
1. School Students (Classes VIII, IX & X)
2. Junior College Students (Classes XI & XII)
3. Senior/Degree College Students (Undergraduates)
Eligibility Criteria
* Students currently enrolled in school (Classes VIII, IX, or X).
* Students currently enrolled in junior or degree college for the academic year 2024-2025.
* Madrasa students aged 13-15: 13 years with Class VIII, 14 years with Class IX, 15 years with Class X.
* Diploma and ITI students: 13-17 years old (Junior College category), 17-21 years old (Senior College category).
* NIOS students: Secondary course students will take the Class X school paper; senior secondary students will take the Junior College paper.
* Only Indian citizens studying in India are eligible.
* All ages are as of July 31, 2024.
* Winning students will need to provide documentary proof of identity and eligibility.
How to Register
Registration is done through the AMP World Mobile App for both offline and online exams.
1. Download the AMP World App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.championampconnect
2. Sign up: Register with your personal details.
3. Register for NTS: Fill out the form in the “Student’s Registration” tab.
Exam Mode
Offline (Physical) Mode:
* All benefits and rewards of AMP NTS 2024.
* Included in the ranking process.
* Exams conducted at 1000+ centers in 400+ cities/districts across India.
* Candidates select their preferred district from the list of available exam centers.
Online Mode:
* Only a Participation Certificate is awarded. No scholarships or cash prizes.
* Other AMP benefits are provided.
* To receive AMP NTS 2024 benefits, participants must take a future written physical test by AMP or its partners.
* The online competition is conducted using the AMP World App.
Prizes
Scholarships:
* Scholarships for Top 500+ Students worth ₹10 Crore+!
* Top 1000+ performers will receive scholarships (50%-100%) for IIT-JEE/NEET coaching from partner institutes.
* To qualify for scholarships, these students must take an offline test by AMP or its partners.
Cash Awards:
* Total cash prize worth ₹5 Lakh+
* 1st Place: ₹30,000
* 2nd Place: ₹20,000
* 3rd Place: ₹10,000
* 4th-10th Place: ₹2,000
* 11th-50th Place: ₹1,000
* Each State Topper (each category): ₹1,000
Important Dates
* Exam Date: Saturday, December 7th, 2024
* Last Date of Registration: Tuesday, November 30th, 2024, at 12 midnight
* Time & Duration: 11:00 AM for 90 minutes. All categories have the exam on the same day.
